Pharm D program aims to produce clinical pharmacist who has the ability to:

1.            Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for the best care of patients taking into consideration of ethical, social, economic and legal issues that may have an impact on the therapeutic outcome.

2.            Monitor, report and manage adverse drug reactions to avoid undesirable effects.

3.            Assemble and evaluate the opportunities of drug regimens to optimize and manage therapeutic plans.

4.            Expert awareness of professional responsibility, integrity and key transferable skills such as communication and critical reflective decisions.

5.            Identify and find solutions for professional problems.

6.            Correctly interpretate clinical laboratory data.

7.            Procure, supply, distribute and dispose medicines safely within legal requirements and best professional practice.

8.            Provide drug and poison information services to deliver unbiased, well-referenced and critically evaluated, up- to – date information on all aspects of drug use to physicians for proper prescription.

9.            Perform drug utilization reviews and pharmacoeconmic analysis for better therapeutic effectiveness and for reducing healthcare costs.

10.          Provide patient counseling services for a safe and effective drug therapy.
